Paul HazenChairman of Accel-KKR, Former Chairman/CEO of Wells Fargo
Paul Hazen is Chairman of Accel-KKR's first fund, Accel-KKR Co. LLC, and was Chairman of Wells Fargo & Company from June 1999 to April 2001. He served as CEO of Wells Fargo from January 1995 to November 1998, President and COO from 1984 to 1995, and Vice Chairman from 1981 to 1984.
Mr. Hazen serves on the Boards of Vodafone Group, plc, (Deputy Chairman and Lead Independent Director), Safeway, Inc. (Lead Independent Director), Xstrada AG, Alias Systems and Willis Group Limited. He also serves as Chairman of KKR Financial Corp. (a private real estate investment trust) and is a Senior Advisor to KKR.
Mr. Hazen holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
