As we enter the final month of the year, tis the season not only to celebrate the holidays but also to finalize plans for 2015. We thought this article was a good one to share as it really talks to the need for sales and marketing to work hand-in-hand to drive bookings and revenue. Today, more than ever before, the sales process starts well before a salesperson is engaged with a prospect. And, it doesn’t end…ever. We need to continue to market and sell to our existing customers – to get them to buy more, to get them to become references for us and to get them to become true advocates not just customers.
