As many of us begin planning for 2018, we will make assumptions about what the future (at least the next year) will look like. This article is a good reminder of how we can identify some of the “unkown unknowns” when developing our plans. The tips are fairly simple and thus are easy ways for us to gut check ourselves and our leadership teams when discussing resource allocation for the coming year.
