Fighting Mediocrity in Your Organization

Significant time is spent in organizational reviews talking about poor performers – those individuals that need to be put on a performance plan or others that have attitude issues.  Not nearly enough time is spent focused on mediocre performers – those who could be doing better but are not in the bottom 10%.

This article shines a spotlight on mediocrity within organizations and suggests some concrete ways to eliminate it to elevate overall organizational performance.
