Harris Ezzat is a Senior Associate at Accel-KKR focused on the firm’s credit investments.
Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Harris was a Senior Associate at Silicon Valley Bank within the Technology Leveraged Finance & Sponsor Coverage group where he underwrote sponsor-backed transactions in software across a variety of sub sectors. Prior to joining SVB, he was a Senior Analyst at US Capital Global Partners which provided financing and equity advisory services to lower middle-market businesses across a variety of industries including manufacturing, consumer goods, and technology. Harris also has operating experience from his time at Rinse, a venture-backed start-up company.
Harris graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, concentration in Finance.
