Neil Kimber is an Operating Principal at AccelÂ-KKR.
Prior to joining the firm, Neil held leadership technology positions in a number of software and tech-enabled companies including PowerPlan, Fiserv and Kaplan. At PowerPlan, Neil led the technology organization and helped to grow the company leading to an enterprise sale from Thoma Bravo to Roper Technologies for $1.1 billion.
Neil was CTO at Kaplan Learning Technologies, managing technology groups in North America, Europe and Africa. He was a part of the management team that led the business to an acquisition by Assima.
At Fiserv, Neil was responsible for Engineering in the Risk and Compliance Division, providing solutions to banks with AUM $20 billion.
Earlier in his career Neil was a consultant at the Monitor Company (Monitor Deloitte).
Neil has an MBA in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and B.S. in Computer Science from De Montfort University (UK).
