Scotty Lu is a Vice President at Accel-KKR.
Scotty is involved with Accel-KKR’s investments in Appspace, INX Software, isolved, Recurly, Salary.com, Springbrook and Veryon.
Previously, Scotty has been involved in the firm’s investments in FM:Systems (sold to Johnson Controls (NYSE:JCI) in 2023), Seequent (sold to Bentley Systems (NASD: BSY) in 2021), TrueCommerce (sold to Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe in 2020), Oildex (sold to Drillinginfo in 2018) and HighJump (sold to Körber AG in 2017).
Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Scotty was in the diversified industries group at J.P. Morgan in Chicago. While at J.P. Morgan, Scotty was involved in M&A, capital raising and corporate strategy engagements for clients across the basic materials and automotive sectors.
Scotty received a M.S. in Accountancy and a B.S. in Accountancy and Finance from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
