AUSTIN, TEXAS, August 21, 2013 – Abila, formerly Sage Nonprofit Solutions, a provider of software solutions dedicated to serving dynamic nonprofit organizations and government agencies, has acquired McLean, Va.‐based Avectra, a leading provider of Web‐based CRM solutions for associations and not‐ for‐profits.
With the acquisition, Abila becomes one of the largest software solutions providers serving the nonprofit, association and membership sectors, dramatically expanding its client base and technology offering.
