Accel-KKR has appointed Patricia Santoni as Chief Executive Officer of the combined company, with full responsibility for corporate leadership and the strategic direction of all three businesses.

Ms Santoni brings more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector in France, the UK, Iberia and Latin America (including Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Chile and Brazil) where she has held top leadership positions. She has led divisions and subsidiaries of such globally recognized companies as Altran, Groupe Open, Micro Focus, HR Access (Fidelity), and Vodafone. Most recently, Ms Santoni was the CEO of Meta4 where she was responsible for the Iberian market including Latin America for enterprise accounts. Patricia grew the business and eventually integrated the business into CEGID. She also serves in advisory roles for various boards and organizations in the technology and insurance industries in Spain and France.
Ms Santoni has been appointed by the French Prime Minister as Foreign Trade Advisor to the French government regarding the ICT sector (Information and Communication Technology) since 2008 – additionally, she serves as a member of the Latin America Commission.
