FM:Systems Announces Its Acquisition of Asure Software’s Workspace Management Portfolio of Products


Combines Industry Leading Software and Hardware Solutions to Empower Real Estate and Facilities Professionals to Create the Ideal Workplace

RALEIGH, N.C. – December 3, 2019 – FM:Systems, a leader in facility management technology that enables facility and real estate professionals to identify, plan and deliver the ideal workplace for every employee, announced today that it has acquired Asure Software’s Workspace Management portfolio of products. Asure’s industry leading solution provides easy to use software and hardware that enhances the room booking process leveraging proprietary sensor hardware and analytics. The acquisition was previously announced on October 7, 2019 and closed and became effective today.
