Focus on workforce commonalities, not generational differences.
We have been hearing for years now how different the millennial workforce is than those that came before it. As a result, we’ve spent significant time and money trying to retrofit organizations to appeal to the latest generation to enter the workforce. The following article takes a devil’s advocate position related to this notion – focusing more on the commonality that exists between the generations currently comprising the workforce than on the uniqueness of each generation individually.
