Adam Malinowski
Principal
Adam Malinowski is a Principal at Accel-KKR. Adam joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office in 2010 to focus on buyout and growth equity investments in Europe and the Americas. In 2019, Adam relocated to the London office as part of the firm’s growing presence in Europe.
Adam is involved with Accel-KKR’s investments in Duett, Kantata, NAVTOR, Paymentus (NYSE: PAY), Symfonia and Vitu.
Previously, Adam has been involved in the firm’s investments in IntegriChain (sold to Nordic Capital in 2023), Episerver (sold to Insight Venture Partners for $1.2 billion in 2018), Applied Predictive Technologies (sold to MasterCard for $600 million in 2015) and KANA Software (sold to Verint Systems for $514 million in 2014).
Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Adam worked in the Technology Investment Banking Group at Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, Adam was involved in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising advisory for corporate clients across sectors including software, Internet, communications equipment, semiconductors and renewable energy.
Adam received a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
