Céline Felan

Céline is an Operating Principal at Accel-KKR.

Before joining Accel-KKR, Céline held positions in the technology space overseeing strategy and operationalization of organization-wide initiatives in both Europe and the US. Céline has experience in launching new products and services, optimizing business processes, transforming client delivery models and teams, designing operational excellence centers and other value-creation activities.

Céline has led 40+ acquisitions (add-ons and carve-outs), from sourcing through 1st year integration, utilizing M&A playbook and best practices developed and refined over 8+ years. Additionally, Céline has operated and led exit preparation processes for multiple sale events including Quality of Earning, Market studies, IT diligence and Management Presentations.

Céline holds a Bachelor in Business Economics and an MBA from the University of Amsterdam.
