Kris Shrestha

Kris Shrestha is an Operating Vice President at Accel-KKR.

Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Kris was an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase, where he led enterprise AI and document intelligence initiatives, applying GenAI, natural language processing, and advanced analytics to transform business workflows. He previously held senior leadership roles at Raytheon Technologies, where he directed global data and analytics teams, led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and developed enterprise AI/ML platforms across aerospace and defense businesses.

Earlier in his career, Kris held data science and engineering roles at Predikto and FarmLink, contributing to the development and deployment of machine learning solutions across industrial and agricultural applications. He began his career in research at the Georgia Institute of Technology and the University of Florida, focusing on climate modeling, remote sensing, and predictive analytics.

Kris received a Ph.D., M.E., and B.S. from the University of Florida.
