Rich McNeal

Rich McNeal is an Operating Vice President at Accel-KKR.

Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Rich led the go-to-market practice at Talentfoot Executive Search, partnering with founders, CEOs, and private equity investors to recruit senior marketing, sales, and executive leadership talent. Earlier in his career, he worked at Atlanta-based retained search firm Parker Executive Search and served as a research manager at Exiger Diligence.

Rich earned a master’s degree in information science from Valdosta State University and a master’s degree in philosophy and religion from Emory University.
