Shannon Wollner

Shannon is an Operating Vice President at Accel-KKR.

Prior to joining Accel-KKR, Shannon was an executive recruiting manager at McKinsey where she led the internal search process for senior functional leaders in communications, compliance, finance, and technology. Earlier in her career, she spent over 20 years at leading retained search firms, Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds, where she focused on recruiting global technology leaders at Fortune 500, and private equity backed companies.

Shannon earned her bachelor’s in psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota.
