As we enter the final month of the year, tis the season not only to celebrate the holidays but also to finalize plans for 2015. Today, more than ever before, the sales process starts well before a salesperson is engaged with a prospect. And, it doesn’t end…ever. We need to continue to market and sell to our existing customers – to get them to buy more, to get them to become references for us and to get them to become true advocates not just customers.
